Our commitment is to provide the best car available to ensure that your pet gets to enjoy the happiest life possible with the ones they love most. Our team is passionate about the individual and unique care they provide to each pet and their owner, because that’s how pet care was meant to be.
At VO Vets, we strive to always keep your pet healthy and up to date on their care plan. Pet wellness exams are comprehensive and performed by our veterinarians. Your veterinarian will check for the following and communicate any concerns regarding:
- Clear eyes, ears and nose
- Heart and respiration
- Abdomen Palpation
- Proper Bite Placement
- Infections or parasites
- Proper growth and development
- Hernias
- A vaccination schedule tailored to your pet
We are happy to answer any and all questions that you may have about your pet’s care plan. To make sure there is enough time to answer your questions, we recommend completing any needed paperwork before your scheduled appointment time and arriving 10 minutes early so that we can review your paperwork. If you’d like to ensure continuity of your pet’s care, please bring any previous documentation with you as well. See you soon!
For your pet’s safety and the safety of the animals we have in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. New places, new people and other pets can also make your pet a little uneasy. This is one of the reasons we ask that you keep your pet on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept most major debit and credit cards and Scratchpay. We also accept CareCredit, a charge account with rates as low as 0% and provide longer payment options.

We’re excited to announce that we’re working with Trupanion! With Trupanion, you don’t have to pay the invoice in full, then file a claim, then wait for a reimbursement check.
