From monitoring hospitalized pets, to educating clients regarding their pets care and procedures, to working hands on with surgical procedures, the technicians has hands on all aspects of the hospital.
Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Representatives are the faces and voices of the hospital. They interact closely with every client and pet that walks through the doors, process invoices and payments, and provide support to the hospital team. They play a crucial role in our goal to provide our client and patients with warm, friendly pet care with less stress.
